It is ideal for beginners and lower intermediates who are not looking for a huge ski area but rather some pretty, tree lined slopes.
For those who want to try some more pistes the ski pass for the area also covers Pec Pod Snezkou (13km of marked runs) which can be reached by ski bus, as well as some other smaller local resorts.
The 1.6km Protez piste offers night skiing from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm, and there is a 3.5km sledge run on the mountain.
This resort is not known for its nightlife, although with the hotel at the top of the mountain most people who choose this break are looking for peace and quiet in the evenings.
There are some spa services available in the resort thanks to the thermal springs around the area, as well as an indoor swimming pool complex.
