Nestled between the Po Valley and the Rhaetian Alps, Maniva is a modern ski resort just 50 km from the city of Brescia, offering 40 km of ski slopes from 1467m to 2100m.

If you have never skied before and want the chance to learn this is the place! Maniva is great for beginners looking for a ski resort that is conveniently close to the airport and offers fantastic accommodation.

The 40 km of slopes are easily accessible and surrounded by beautiful views, with 8 blue runs, 6 reds and 1 black, fed by 8 lifts (three chairlifts, three magic carpets and two drag lifts). There is also a snowpark and a 3km cross country track.

This compact resort is ideal for families with young children who want to go skiing and enjoy the snowpark. Everything is located in one place including some great places for a bite to eat at competitive prices.

The resort maybe small but there are no queues for the ski lifts (at least during the week) and the scenery is spectacular.

Après Ski

Being a small, purpose built resort there is not much in the way of après ski, it is ideal for those who want to ski all day and then relax at the hotel spa and restaurant in the evenings.

Chalet Maniva***

This modern, slopeside chalet opened in 2008 and offers 11 spacious, simply furnished apartments on the first floor, each sleeping up to 10-12 people, with kitchen and bathroom.

The apartments all have the same internal layout with a private room with a double bed and a bunk bed, then the attic has 6 \ 8 single beds.

These apartments also have interconnecting doors between apartments that can be unlocked for bigger groups, creating a fun, communal atmosphere.

The ground floor offers a bar and large restaurant area with a fast food corner where you can grab lunch on the go. You can enjoy a tasty breakfast here choosing from fresh juices, excellent coffee, delicious pastries and homemade cakes. There is also a terrace offering spectacular views over the valley.

By Car
From Bergamo take the A4/E64 towards Passirano, exit at Ospitaletto and take the SP19, then the SP345 to Collio, then on to the Maniva Pass.

By Public Transport
There are no public transport links to the Maniva ski area, it is possible to take the train from Bergamo or Verona to Brescia (approx 50km from the Maniva pass) and from there take a taxi.

By Private Transfer
Return airport transfer from Milan Bergamo, Milan Linate or Verona is included in the price of this break.
