Temù (1144m) is a tiny town close to the larger and more well known resort of Ponte di Legno, a popular ski resort in the Lombardy region of Northern Italy. It is linked with Passo del Tonale, the Presena glacier, and Ponte di Legno which together make up the Adamello ski area, offering over 100km of pistes. The area reaches a maximum height of 3016m at the top of the glacier so enjoys a long season and a good snow record.

With 9 blue runs, 26 reds and 7 black slopes, the ski area offers something for everyone. Tonale itself is ideal for beginners offering an array of nursery slopes and some nice wide blue and red runs, while for intermediates there are some more challenging slopes in Ponte di Legno as well as the exhilarating Paradiso black run down from the Presena glacier. There is also a snowpark with a ski/boardercross run, towards the end of the season a second snowpark opens on the glacier so freestylers can perfect their tricks and jumps all winter long. Those looking for off piste skiing/boarding should also head to the glacier, take a guide so you know where to go.

Other activities include cross country skiing, snow mobiling and husky dog sledding.

Après ski

Temù offers very little in terms of après ski, so you can head down the road to nearby Ponte di Legno with its pretty town centre for some shops, bars and restaurants.

Tonale, slightly further up the road offers a handful of fairly relaxed, good value (for a ski resort) bars, disco pubs and restaurants which get considerably more lively at the weekends and are good fun.

Hotel Sciatori***

This friendly little hotel is located just 200m from the Temù chairlift. It offers comfortable, simply furnished rooms complete with WiFi, TV, safe and hairdryer. Some have balconies.

The intimate spa offers saunas, a steam room, jacuzzi, relaxation area with herbal teas, and more, the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Please note that the spa is not included in the price and guests can pay per day or per week.

The hotel restaurant offers local and national dishes, and caters to most dietary requirements with advance notice.
