The itinerary passes by some of the most important Cities of Art in Northern Italy in an area dotted with Venetian villas and crossed by important waterways. You’ll have time to appreciate the artistic treasures of Verona, Vicenza, Padua and Venice and the Venetian Villas along the way. Art, History and Landscapes: the itinerary follows important rivers, such as Adige, Bacchiglione and Brenta, surrounded by a countryside modeled by man with large crops of corn, vines and vegetables. You’ll ride on cycle paths and secondary roads. The final destination of this tour is the unique Venice!

ITINERARY
Day 1 – Arrival in Verona
Individual arrival in Verona. Meet&greet and bike fitting at the Bike shop, if rental included. Overnight in Verona.
Day 2 – From Verona to Lonigo – 56 km / Flat
After crossing the historic center of Verona, the route immediately reaches in the countryside and follows the course of the Adige river along a quiet cycle path. You’ll ride surrounded by the large crops of the Venetian plain, you’ll pass the village of Zevio and follow country roads until the Berici Hills. Today’s ride ends in Lonigo, an elegant and quiet town.
If you have booked the Food&Wine experiences, stop at a winery for a tasting of the local wines.
Overnight in Lonigo.
Day 3 – From Lonigo to Vicenza – 51 km / Up–downs
The itinerary follows the base of the verdant Berici Hills, following low traffic country lanes. Along the way you’ll pass by elegant Venetian Villas and small villages surrounded by vineyards and cultivated fields. You’ll face a couple of gentle climbs with nice views of the hills.
Before getting to Vicenza you’ll pass by the famous Villa La Rotonda, perched on a small hill, and finally you’ll enter the beautiful city graced by the buildings designed by the architect Andrea Palladio. Overnight in Vicenza.
Day 4 – From Vicenza to Padua – 44 km / Flat
You’ll follow a stretch of the Berici Cycle Route and then pedal along the Bacchiglione river bike path, in the countryside. Montegalda stands out among the villages you’ll cross. The route runs through an interesting natural area, passes by the castle of San Martino and finally arrives in the center of Padua.

Overnight in Padua.
Day 5 – From Padua to Venice lagoon – 42 km / Flat
The last stage takes you to Venice! Leave Padua cycling along Brenta river on secondary roads, in the countryside dotted by Venetian villas. Stop and visit one of this time capsules: these noble mansions will bring you back to the 16th century!
If you have booked the Food&Wine experiences, stop at a small cafè to enjoy typical wine&tapas.
Heading East, you’ll reach Mestre on the Venice Lagoon. Venice, the beautiful city on the Water, is only 10 minutes away, by train or tram.
Overnight in Mestre.
Day 6 – Individual departure from Mestre
