Getting to Venice

Nearest Airport: Venice Marco Polo Airport From the airport, you can take a water taxi directly to the hotel. The journey takes about 30 minutes and offers a scenic view of the Venetian waterways. The water taxi can be arranged at the airport’s dock. By Land (Bus + Vaporetto) you can take the ACTV bus (Line 5 or Line 15) from the airport to the Piazzale Roma bus station. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. From Piazzale Roma, take a vaporetto (water bus) to the San Marco stop. From the San Marco stop, it’s a short 10-minute walk to the hotel. By Car If you are traveling by car to Hotel Fenice et des Artistes, you will first need to drive to Piazzale Roma, the last area in Venice accessible by car. There are several parking garages available at Piazzale Roma, such as Parcheggio Tronchetto and Parcheggio Piazzale Roma, where you can park your vehicle. Once you have parked your car, you can either take a vaporetto (water bus) to the San Marco stop, which takes about 15 minutes, or you can choose to walk to the hotel. If you prefer to walk, it will take you around 15-20 minutes to reach the hotel. From the San Marco stop, it is only a short 10-minute walk to the hotel, where you can enjoy the scenic streets of Venice as you go. By Public Transport You’ll arrive at Venezia Santa Lucia train station. From there, you can either take a vaporetto (water bus) or walk to the hotel. To reach the hotel by vaporetto, head to the nearby Ferrovia stop, located just outside the train station. Take a vaporetto towards San Marco, and get off at the San Marco stop. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to the hotel. Alternatively, if you prefer to walk, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the train station. Simply walk towards Piazzale Roma, then follow the signs to Piazza San Marco, and from there, it’s a quick walk to Calle delle Veste where the hotel is located.
