With early snowfalls in the Alps this year, the countdown is on until the start of the ski season.

At ActivityBreaks.com we pride ourselves on our flexibility, amid so much uncertainty we wish to reassure you that you book your ski holiday safe in the knowledge that:

 

• If you cannot travel due to a blanket travel ban from your country to your destination, you can cancel free of charge or receive a credit note for a future booking.

• If quarantine measures are put in place prior to travel, either upon arrival at your destination or in your country when you return home, you can cancel free of charge or receive a credit note for a future booking.

• All bookings are protected by Trust My Travel, so you can be sure that your booking is 100% safe.

What happens if I am unable to travel due to my country's official travel advice?

If before you are due to travel your country officially advises against all non-essential travel to your planned destination, you can either change your booking and travel to a different destination (paying the difference in price if higher), receive a credit note, or cancel without penalty.

 

What happens if I need to quarantine on arrival or when I return home?

If quarantine measures are imposed prior to your travel dates at either your destination or in your home country, you can either change your booking and travel to a different destination (paying the difference in price if higher), receive a credit note, or cancel without penalty.

 

What happens if I need to self-isolate when I am due to travel?

If you are ill with covid-19 or are required to self-isolate you can amend your booking, either postponing it to later in the season or the following winter. If there is a difference in price you will be required to pay the difference.

You will need to provide a medical certificate or official confirmation that you have been required to self-isolate and therefore cannot travel. Without this our normal terms apply.

What happens in case of a local lockdown in my area?

If there is a local lockdown where you live and you are not able to travel as a result, you can postpone your booking to next winter with no admin fees. If there is a difference in price you will be required to pay the difference.

Are you ABTA/ATOL protected?

We are based in Italy so are not a member of ABTA, and as flights are not included in our packages, we are not a member of ATOL.

All bookings via our website are financially protected by Trust My Travel so you can rest assured that your booking is 100% safe, you can find further information here.

 

What if I change my mind about travelling?

If you no longer wish to travel but there are no travel or quarantine restrictions when your trip is due to take place, then our normal terms and conditions apply.

 

What if my flights are cancelled?

Here at ActivityBreaks.com we don’t include flights in our packages so you can travel from wherever you like, whenever you like and however you like.

If your flights are cancelled up to two weeks before your travel dates then don’t worry, you can amend your dates or destination free of charge (you will need to pay the difference if the new package is more expensive).

If you have a last-minute flight cancellation, please contact your travel insurance provider.

 

I am interested in booking a summer holiday, do the above conditions apply?

For most packages the above conditions apply, but please contact us for details before you book. If you don't want to pay the full amount upon booking you can pay a 30% deposit to confirm the booking and the balance up to 6 weeks before the arrival date.

Please note that these conditions DO NOT apply to the Andrea Bocelli concert packages, see the packages for the booking conditions.

For up-to-date information on the current travel situation from the UK please see the FCDO website (quarantine measures vary between each member of the United Kingdom, remember to check the travel corridors list for each country).

From the Republic of Ireland check the DFA website.

If you are not travelling from the UK or Ireland then please check your government website for the latest travel advice.

Also check whether your destination has any restrictions on travel from abroad.
